    Program of the 3 Days Group Tour from Fes

    1 Day: Fes – Ifrane – Cedar Forest – Ziz Valley – Merzouga

    Pick up at the meeting point in Fez (Dar el-Makhzen) at 8 and went south to cross the Middle Atlas Mountains to reach Ifrane, called ” Little Switzerland Moroccan ” for its resemblance to the country. One of the animals that once lived here was the lion of the Atlas, which has now become the symbol of the city and has been dedicated to a stone statue in the middle of it. Take the opportunity to take some photos. We cross the famous cedar forests and admire the Great Cedar Gouraud, the largest ancient cedar in the region, and also feed the hundreds of monkeys of Gibraltar that inhabit the area.     Day 2: Merzouga – Rissani Market – Todra Gorges – Dades Gorges

After a delicious breakfast, we have to say goodbye to the desert and leave for Rissani, to visit its market (if we’re lucky and is one of the market days: Tuesday, Thursday, or Sunday).

    Follow the road to Erfoud where there is also the possibility to visit the fossilized marble factory before continuing to the palm of Touroug and Tinjdad.1 hour later reach one of the strongest points of the High Atlas: The Todra Gorges. The bed of the river has formed a Todra gorge walls of enormous proportions and great beauty; It is a paradise for climbers and a unique place. Lunch at the site and a half-hour hike would be recommended to enjoy the Gorges’ detail. Later continue to the Dades Valley, also known as the Valley of Figs, to Boumalne Dades stop at the ‘legs mono’ ‘Dinner and night in the Gorges du Dades.     Day 3: Dades Gorges – Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou – Ouarzazate – Marrakech

    After breakfast, we enjoy one of the best views of the Dades Valley. We will do so from one of the most strategic locations that offer us the mountains. From there we can see the amount of kasbah there and picturesque each is. Then output to a dotted with several very interesting Kasbah roads. After several stops enjoy the route of the Thousand Kasbah. Valley of the Roses and Skoura Palm Great arrive in Ouarzazate. And visit the Kasbah of Taourirt, the former residence of Glaoui or Pasha of Marrakech, Film Studies, and MuseumCine if interested. We will also go to the fortified village of Ait Ben Haddou, and visit its famous Kasbah (Declared World Heritage by UNESCO in 1986).In this spectacular setting were filmed several famous films like Gladiator, Obelix, Sahara with Penelope Cruz … etc.

    Lunch in the village and in the afternoon departure to Marrakech. Crossing the mountain pass of Tizi Ntichka with photo stops.
