Itinerary Of the 10 Days Tour from Agadir

Day 1: Arrival at Agadir Airport

You will meet your driver/ guide at the airport regarding your flight time for your 10 days tour from Agadir. Your guide will welcome you and drive towards your Hotel accommodation according to your agreement with our company. Overnight at the hotel in the Agriculture City (Agadir).

Day 2: Agadir – Taliouine- Ait Ben Haddou- Ouarzazate

In Morocco Trips driver/guide will pick you up from your hotel accommodation in Agadir. Your 10 days tour from Agadir will start by passing through Berber villages where you can have a stop regarding your interest. On our way, we will stop at one of the Cooperatives of SAFRAN as it is the main economy of that city. Our lunch will take place at Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah where we will visit the famous Kasbah (declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1986). Famous films have been shot on this spectacular stage, including Gladiator, Obelix, The Mummy, The Jewel of the Nile, and Sahara with Penelope Cruz…etc. After visiting the Kasbah we´ll go to Ouarzazate also known as “The Gate of the Desert”. Overnight at the Riad in Hollywood Africa.

Day 3: Ouarzazat – Dades valley – Toudra gorges- Merzouga

After breakfast at your accommodation, we will continue our 10 days trip toward the Sahara Desert. Our first stop will be at Roses Valley at the Roses Cooperative where you will learn about the distillation of Roses and the products that we can make from them. Continuing driving to Toudra gorges which are a series of limestone river canyons, we will stop for 20 minutes to discover the area of gorges and lunch will be at one of the restaurants on our way to Merzouga. Later on, The final stop will be at the camel place where we are going to ride them and spend an overnight in the nomadic tent and enjoy the company of a band playing Berber music under the stars in the heart of the desert/ Sahara, This a beautiful experience that you might need to film. Day 4: Exploring Merzouga

Get up early for the sunrise view and have your breakfast at the camp and be ready for the explorative journey of the area. You’ll visit the Gnawa people, originally slaves brought from Sudan, to experience their music and lifestyle. After that, we will drive in a desert area where you will have the opportunity to meet the nomad families still living in Berber tents and explore their way of life. Today our lunch will be a local meal (Berber pizza) with a local family. You may also visit the souk in Rissani, a traditional town that was the origin of the ruling family in Morocco and the meeting place of the Caravans trading as far as Timbuktu in Mali. Here you will see a lot of men hooded and women veiled. In the afternoon we will drive to our hotel where you will have time to relax and overnight at the same accommodation.

Day 5: Merzouga- Rissani- Daraa Valley- Ouarzazat – High Atlas- Marrakech

After breakfast the ready to start our long driving journey. After then we will start our journey back to Marrakech and have some stops on the unique panoramic views among the Anti-Atlas Mountains. The main stop will take us to place in Daraa Valley YOU will wake up early to experience an amazing sunrise on the top of the big sand dunes, then, which is the largest and longest valley full of palm trees, and is considered also as the main source of the date the county. Later on, we will continue to Marrakech over the high Atlas Mountains. Arrived at Marrakech and overnight at the Riad in the heart of the old Medina.

Day 6: Exploring Marrakech (Culture tour by local guide)

After breakfast in the riad, you will start exploring Marrakech “the Red City of Morocco”. Your guide will ensure that you see most of the sites with historical and cultural interest – including the famous Jemaa El Fna square, the Koutoubia Mosque, the Saadian tombs; the Palace of Bahia, and the Ben Youssef Koranic School. Lunch at a restaurant near the square, then in the afternoon visit the Majorelle Gardens, and have a short visit to the new city of Marrakech. Overnight at the same Riad at the heart of the old city (Medina).

Day 7: Marrakech – Ounagha- Essaouira

After breakfast, we will leave Marrakech “the red city” toward Essaouira, or the Old Portuguese city. You may visit an Argan factory run by women and get to know about the process of making Argan oil. You will explore the port of the Coastal tourist town of Essaouira. Enjoy a fresh seafood lunch in the medina. The afternoon is at your leisure for personal exploration; you can swim and relax on the beach. Enjoy your evening meal and spend the night in a Riad at the heart of the old city.

Day 8: Free Day in Essaouira

Today you will be free to do any activities you are interested in. You may walk to explore the city or spend the day near the beach. Overnight at the same Riad at the heart of the medina.

Day 9: Essaouira- Imsouane- Agadir

After breakfast at your accommodation, we will start our day towards Agadir city passing through Imsouane where you can have lunch or do some activities by yourself. You will cross the High Atlas Mountains and many genuine Berber villages that were built with mud and rocks, and see many Argan trees along your way; you will have several stops at your request. Arriving at Agadir where we will drop you off at your accommodation regarding your interest.

Day 10: Agadir- Airport
